SeatTime is a deliberate-practice simulator for students in the techniques-to-practicum window. It is not a substitute for role-play, supervision, or practicum, and we say so on every page. It is the driving simulator before the track day: short, targeted reps on specific microskills and hard moments, with feedback coded on the instruments you already use.
What it does
- Five-to-ten-minute clips, one objective each, ordered to match Ivey / Hill / Young sequencing.
- Utterance-level coding aligned to CCS-R Part I, CSS, and MITI behavior codes; trend tracking across attempts.
- Fictional clients only; risk and abuse-disclosure content scripted, reviewed, and gated.
What it doesn’t
- No long-term “AI clients.”
- No full-session mode at launch.
- No grading.
- No student data shared with anyone, including you, unless the student exports it.
Free instructor accounts.
We’re giving free accounts to instructors in the spring 2027 term and looking for two or three programs willing to try “assign three clips before the first triad.” No contract, no data-sharing, no obligation — we’d ask for candid feedback and, if it earns it, a quote.
