Practice is subject to daily usage and shared service capacity limits. Responses and feedback may pause when a limit is reached. There are no per-use charges.

Questions
Do I need an account or a card?
Neither for your first practice. A free account gives you three scenarios with full feedback. You only need a card if you choose the monthly plan.
Will my instructor see my practice?
Only if you share it. SeatTime doesn’t send your conversations or feedback to your program. You can export a conversation as a PDF to bring to supervision.
What if the AI feedback gets it wrong?
Sometimes it will. Each note points to your words, so you can judge it for yourself and discuss it in supervision. You can flag feedback that feels off. It isn’t a grade or a measure of your readiness to see clients.
Is this for my program?
SeatTime is built for students in counseling, clinical social work, and MFT, as well as pre-licensed associates. It’s extra practice alongside your program; it doesn’t count as practicum or supervised hours.
Can I practice by voice?
Practice is text-only for now. You type what you would say, with time to think and try a different response. Voice isn’t included in the monthly plan.
How is my practice data used?
We save your conversations to provide feedback and track your progress. We don’t use them to train our own models. AI providers process your text to generate responses; our privacy policy explains the details. Please use fictional scenarios only.
What does monthly access include?
$15/month gives you every available scenario, text practice up to a daily fair-use limit, and feedback after each conversation. Access starts when you subscribe. Cancel any time.
Is there a usage limit?
Yes. Each account has a daily fair-use limit on AI usage, counted over a rolling 24 hours. If you reach it, you can practice again once the 24 hours pass. Free accounts can also start up to 40 practice sessions a day.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Cancel in account settings to stop your next renewal. You keep access through your paid period. For a full refund of your first payment, email hello@getmoreseattime.com within 14 days. No questions asked, once per person. A full refund ends paid access and stops renewal.
Is there a student discount?
The $15 monthly plan is our student price. It’s the same for everyone, with no annual commitment.
